Otto Quast Spanish Lavender can be planted either in pots or directly in the ground. When planting in a pot, make sure to choose a container with good drainage holes and fill it with well-draining soil. For outdoor planting, choose a spot with full sun exposure and well-draining soil. Dig a hole as deep and wide as the plant's root ball and place the plant in the hole, backfill with soil, and water well. Make sure to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged for the first few weeks after planting to help establish the plant's root system.

The Otto Quast Spanish Lavender thrives in full sun exposure and requires well-draining soil. Watering should be done deeply but infrequently, allowing the soil to dry out partially between waterings. Watering frequency may vary depending on the plant's location and weather conditions, but typically, it is recommended to water once or twice a week during the growing season and less frequently during the winter months. Avoid overwatering, as it can lead to disease and pest problems.
