Pruning: Prune in late winter or early spring before new growth appears, removing any dead or damaged branches, and shaping as desired.

Fertilization: Fertilize in early spring and again in early summer with a slow-release, balanced fertilizer.

Winter Protection: Provide a thick layer of mulch around the base of the tree in the fall to protect roots from freezing.

When planting the Limelight Hydrangea Tree, select a location with well-draining soil and partial to full sun exposure. Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball, and mix in compost or other organic matter to improve soil quality. If planting in a pot, choose one with drainage holes and fill with a well-draining potting mix. Place the root ball in the hole or pot and backfill with soil, making sure the top of the root ball is level with the soil surface. Water thoroughly after planting and keep the soil consistently moist until the plant is established.

The Limelight Hydrangea Tree, scientifically known as Hydrangea paniculata 'Limelight' PP12874, prefers to be planted in an area with partial to full sun exposure and requires consistent watering. It is recommended to water the tree deeply once a week or when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch.
