Pruning: Prune the Chinese Pistache during the dormant season to remove any dead or diseased branches and maintain its desired shape. Minimal pruning is generally required for this low-maintenance tree.
Fertilization: Chinese Pistache trees are adaptable and can grow well in various soil types. Fertilize sparingly during the growing season with a balanced fertilizer to encourage healthy growth.
Winter Protection: Once established, the Chinese Pistache is highly tolerant of cold weather. However, providing a layer of mulch around the base of the tree can offer extra protection during harsh winters.

Plant the Chinese Pistache tree in a location with well-draining soil and full sun exposure. Dig a hole that accommodates the root ball, place the tree in the hole, and backfill with soil. Water thoroughly after planting to establish a healthy root system. Choose a spacious area to allow the tree to reach its full form.
