Pruning: Light pruning can be performed in late winter or early spring to shape the plant and remove any dead or damaged branches.

Fertilization: Apply a balanced, slow-release fertilizer in the early spring to support healthy growth and flowering.

Winter Protection: Mulching around the base can provide additional winter protection, particularly in colder zones.

Select a location that offers full sun to partial shade and has well-drained soil. Enrich the soil with organic matter to improve moisture retention and drainage. Dig a hole twice as wide and just as deep as the root ball. Place the plant in the hole, making sure the top of the root ball is level with the soil surface. Backfill the hole, firming the soil around the root ball to eliminate air pockets. Water thoroughly to settle the soil and establish the plant. Consider adding a layer of mulch around the base to help retain moisture and offer some winter protection.

Rose Creek Abelia thrives in conditions ranging from full sun to partial shade and prefers consistently moist but well-drained soil. Adequate sunlight and moisture are key for maximizing its long bloom season and overall health.
